COSMO
COSMO is a solvation method developed by Andreas Klamt at Cosmologic. It is a general method permitting treatment of solvated molecules, given the solvent's dielectric constant. The original COSMO code has been modified to interface with AMPAC™. Thus, COSMO, coupled with AMPAC™'s other methods, will allow the prediction of numerous properties of molecules in a variety of solvents.
