The usage of expcnvrt.exe is as follows: Usage 1* : expcnvrt.exe Usage 2 : expcnvrt.exe CodDescExpFilePath SSDesExpFilePath * This usage is for Windows only. A file browser is used to specify files. To export descriptors from Codessa to a file in "Codessa export format": 1) Select Descriptors->Export from the main Codessa menu. 2) Select the set of structures and descriptors to export. Ideally, the descriptors selected should be defined for all of the structures selected, but this is not necessary. 3) Select a file name to which the descriptors will be written. Descriptors can also be exported to a file in "Codessa export format" directly from a set of data files (e.g., Ampac output files) or from a Codessa project file using the predict.exe program with the "-d" and possibly "-c" arguments. See the file auto.readme for more details. Descriptors can also be exported directly to "spreadsheet format" from Codessa by checking the corresponding checkbox in the "Descriptor Export" dialog.
