Description

MANNEAL uses both energy and gnorm in its Metropolis step. FCTOR3 determine the relative importance of the gnorm contribution, that is, the Metropolis step uses energy + FCTOR3 × gnorm. (See Chapter 12, Simulated Annealing for details.) By default, the FCTOR3 is 1.0 but that can be overridden by this keyword.
