QUARTET

Description

Constrains the spin multiplicity of the primary CI eigenstate to be 4, i.e., a quartet, corresponding to 3 unpaired electrons. For ROOT=n, the nth lowest-energy quartet CI eigenstate will be the primary eigenstate.
