QUINTET

Description

Constrains the spin multiplicity of the primary CI eigenstate to be 5, i.e., a quintet, corresponding to 4 unpaired electrons. For ROOT=n, the nth lowest-energy quintet CI eigenstate will be the primary eigenstate.
